T-Mobile 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Blackberry	For the last year, I get service MAYBE one half of the time. I did everything they recommended from changing phones (3 times) SIM cards (twice), and restarting phone every other day. Been with them since 2004. First Customer Service rep said I could get a $25 credit. I want half my money back for half service. Will update when done.
