Upgraded to GSM Motorola V180 from AT&T V60i Motorola and amazing how much better the reception and clarity is.

Decent reception here. Sometimes the call will fade momentarily but most of the time it's above average. I never get dropped or echo feedback calls. Service should improve even more now that the merger with AT&T has taken place.

Supurb call quality, despite only two or three bars ath this location. Actually, I get great reception pretty much everywhere, even if I have only one bar. I had Sprint before, and reception was TERRIBLE! Verizon gets an A+

When merger happened reception was fantastic on my ATT Motorola..since merger finally completed reception went back to "OK" Maybe I will try upgrading to GSM model

I get 1 bar outside if lucky. I cannot get service in my home nor supermarket across the street. I have to go into the street to make a call. Across the street, at the supermarket, There are 2 fake tree cell towers @ 4721 E Palm Canyon Dr.Palm Springs, Ca 1 tower # is Towerco #CA2801 tower named "Tesla" Located behind the VONS Supermarket @ Rimrock other tree cell tower is UNMARKED and surrounded by solid wall 8-10 ft tall, no marking on door to structure., If I knew what cell co is connected to these 2 towers I'd switch carriers today

Beware New iPad with Verizon LTE..worse than dial up in palm springs. 1-2 minutes to load CNN..really remarkable poor service 1 bar at best. I use my AT&T iPhone for everything. Btw this will take few minuts to send.

Signal between 1-2 bars will go up and down, no 3G access at all. I use the internet with my WiFi network that I have set up at my house, but when I get phone calls, it's a big problem.

Atit should not be allowed to offer cellular service in the area code! With a new replacement iPhone and Microcell, still no reception, but atit wants money every month. Its criminal.

T-Mobile promised new tower to serve EAST PALM SPRINGS / WEST CATHEDRAL CITY area; later canceled it; other neighbors report lousy to no T-Mobile reception without also subscribing to internet "hot spot" connection at $10 / month extra. Tradesmen complain that their T-Mobile calls go immediately to VM - Service in L.A. and Hawai'i is fine... ... .
