I have had Sprint coverage for 11 years, and have never had any problems with coverage. This is the best model I have ever had. Would never change from Sprint.

My reception is non existent. I called Sprint 3 times and complained and they told me several stories like, there is a tower out and it will take 3 days to fix... there are 6 outages in your area and they are working on them, blah blah blah. Finally, they sent me this devise called the Airaive that is supposed to pick up a GPS signal so you can use your cell phone in the house. It works most of the time, but not all of the time... until you walk out the front door, or the side door, or the back door. It literally just drops the call. I called again and this time they offered to waive my early termination fee so I can go to a different carrier. I think Verizon is the best bet from what i've read so far.

Never had a dropped call around here for the past 4 to 5 years as a Sprint customer - well unless offcourse if you are in a 2 story building basement. Just recently cellphone coverage specifically with Sprint is really really bad - so much so that my phone is useless at this point.

No reception, however, when you do have some bars you'd place a call and that would cause the phone to go back into the no reception stage - finally your call is dropped! This has been going on for the past 2 or 3 days. Today is the worst!

Inside the Bank of America building (the white monolith with no windows) in the area I used to work in, there would generally be no service whatsoever. Infrequently it would be roaming. Fellow employees using Verizon seemed to have no trouble at all. As always, it may not be Sprint's fault; it just may be the phone I was using.

Bad and inconssitent reception! :( My phone would cycle through two bars to no bars all through the day. My friends tell me all the time, "Okay, I'd better let you go before you drop off again." And I'm HOME for crying out loud. This is my only phone so this makes me sad. I need to find another provider. For now I have business calls routed to my office phone, and check my voice mails a million times a day. This is too bad as Sprint gets great reception anywhere else I go in the LA area.

I don't have any problems getting reception with Sprint unless I'm in the basement of a Caltech building (where it's unreasonable to expect reception). Very rarely do calls get dropped / fail to connect.
