AT&T 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung Solstice	Att has a tower at Dewdrop to service amador county wilderness and Hwy. 50. There are thousands of residents in the upcountry counties of amador and calaveras with no or spotty coverage. ATT coverage map is deceptive. No other carrier there. They are reallymissing the boat by not putting up a couple of towers.

Verizon 3 Out of 5	forgot to mention that my carrier is Golden State Cellular and I "think" they use Verizon towers but not sure how that all works. while traveling between home and Jackson reception is consistently good in certain areas and none at all in others... .such is life in the mountains. BUT I was able to make a call from wayyyy up on a mountain top in the Mokelumne Wilderness !

Verizon 3 Out of 5	a new tower built not long ago and now phone rings and drops right after I answer. there are times that I can make a call if I find just the right spot and stand really still. not reliable enough but I suspect a big part of that problem may be the age of my phone...
