No cell in house maybe one bar outside if all the planets are aligned. Really AT&T it is 2012 and you have not even tried to fix this. I have the phone and online chats to prove it. Another customer going to prepaid Verizon.

Edge only. 0 - 1 bar inside the house. 1 - 2 bars on the front and back of the house. Customer support blames it on the materials used to build the house. Does this means that since I'm only getting 1 or 2 bars outside the house, the streets were consctructed incorrectly and used the wrong materials? I begged AT&T to provide me a microcell but was only told that there isn't anyting more they can do for me. Very frustrating.

The At&T only works (with 1 bar) on one side of my house. If I goto other side, it shows no signal. Verizon is the best for tri-valley.

Tri-Valley has fair to poor AT&T reception overall. This location (right near Foothill High School) happens to be good.

I get four bars outside but miss calls and have NO data service... which is ironic since ATT corporate offices are about two blocks away.

3 different phones, all AT&T, NO DIFFERENCE. Constant dropped calls, people sound like they are under water or they are Optimus Prime transforming. Ridiculous! My phone rings just to show who I can't talk to right now.

Since I moved to Pleasanton with my Spring contract, I have constant cell phone problems as follows: sometimes echos, can't understand what people are saying due to distortion of sound, loud cracking noises, brutal cracking noises and words are choppy. This happens intermittendly. It's very frustrating.

No reception in the house. Zero bars. Have to go outside into the street to make or receive calls. AT&T customer service says our contract does not guarantee coverage. Our family plan will be moving to Verizon as contracts expire. AT&T seems to be OK with losing customers due to poor coverage.
