At my house I get ok service not many dropped calls but yesturday from the early morning to late afternoon I couldn't make or recieve any calls but I could text email and search the internet I dont really get why Does anyone know if there was a technical problem with the phone towers... .

i get dropped on every call I make or receive at any time of the day. the worst part is the closest tower is at the golf course which I can see the course lighting from my house and there's a cell site right by the driving range. service should note be this bad, especially for what I pay per month.

I can understand no / poor reception inside buildings, but I often can't even get it outside. Text comes through, but no little / phone service.

I live in Pomona, CA. the service sucks. I tried calling customer service and complained about the service. but there's no improvement. Literally I have no bars around my house at all. SPRINT SUCKS!

Dropped calls all the time,u tube won't work Netflix sums too the amount of money I pay for the amount of service is absurd I hate my phone can't wait to get out of contract they should allow you to leave or tell you you're not gonna have good reception Verizon here I come!

No service in-doors at the village at all. You have to go outside and away from the buildings to get service. Other providers such as Verizon do get service inside.

There is zero reception inside my house. Outside there is only 1 bar most of the times. Cingular sucks, I'm looking into Verizon and / or Sprint.

no dropped calls at all on campus and i've been here for about 6 months. There is full reception in all major areas. Reception is 2/5 in buildings where Cingular and Verizon get 0 bars. Excellent coverage even in so called "Dead" areas.
