I had Verizon for nearly 5 years when I decided I was paying too much. I then went to Sprint, hoping that I'd be better off - BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I've had Sprint for almost two weeks, and I'm ready to cancel before my 30 "trial" period is up, so that I can return to Verizon. I've never had a problem; no dropped calls, no late messages, no calls going directly to voicemail - nothing. Everything worked great! It is on the expensive side... I don't usually agree with this but, if you buy cheap (SPRINT), you get cheap. I don't know how Sprint is still in service. Without exaggerating, I have at least two dropped calls daily...

I have had Sprint for about 6 years and I have dropped calls like crazy. It never really bothered me that much because I hear every network has them. Then I moved to Milliken and church and now I have no reception either. If I manage to get someone on the phone I will drop them with in minutes. I hate it! I have called Sprint and all they tell me is I should have great reception where I live. Well, I don't! They told me I could purchase router that will help with reception for $250. I am sorry, what? After 2 months of complaining, they sent me one for free. Now, my calls still drop but my reception is better. However, get use to a 3 second delay on all phone conversations which makes you talk over each other. In a nut shell, Sprint sucks on Milliken. And that all of Milliken, all the way up to the 210 I dont get coverage.

They just built a clock tower that disguises a cell tower about a month ago. I don't know if its the new tower since I only remember Verizon techs working on it but it seems to be the source. The whole block used to be 1-2 bars with drop calls and unreliable service. In the past 3 days my signal strength has gone from 1-2 bars to no less than 4 bars consistently. About time.

I've had Verizon in Rancho for years and I never had a problem. In the past I had AT&T and Sprint. AT&T never even worked, and Sprint dropped all the time.

My location is within the Rancho Etiwanda Estates. It's not just me, all my neighbors complain about poor reception with AT&T here. Zero to 1 bar most of the time. Randomly shows 2 or more bars but that doesn't mean anything... connection would still be choppy or call gets dropped. My wife has a Blackberry with AT&T, same story... . although she has marginally better reception than my iPhone.

Not too many dropped calls as long as I'm outside my house. If I go inside the house I constantly drop calls. I have tried Sprint, ATT, and Verizon. Sprint and ATT I had a couple of years ago and coverage was horrible but their customer service was great. Now I get okay service from Verizon with bad customer service.

terrible reception and more drops than calls. worse, it was a dog fight to get AT&T customer service to recognize and accept my objections. They finally relented and let me out of my contract penalty free - but only after I had to become fiercely persistant and emphatic in explaining my objections. Also, they stared with a lot of lies and delays - if you know you are right - try yelling when they start with the stall tactics. The proof came when they had to call me back on my Verizon cell bc our call kept dropping on AT&T's network.

Live in a single-story home with 180 degree view of valley; you'd think the reception would be flawless. If I'm in the backof the house, closer to the slope, I get good reception, but in my office that is in the middle of the house, I get a lot of dropped calls and a fluctuating signal indicator.

my house is a two story home and have had nextel, sprint,t mobile and verizon! t mobile and Nextel is consistent with 1 bar at all times in my room! Verizon will occasionally have 2 bars but mostly 1 aso! However Sprint stepped up to the challenge and is consistent with almost full bars at all time!

Reception is generally ok, just spotty where I live. This frustrating as we try to use the phone for all our long distance calls. We ofter have to roam around the house to find a better signal.

Very poor reception, if any at all. Usually can't get more than 1 bar. Calls are very broken and repeatedly lost. Signal fluctuates so fast, can't sustain a call for any length of time. Roaming is slow to kick in, too.

I usually have some service, but call quality is average to poor and I have frequent dropped calls. If I leave my phone on the table and watch it, within one minute the signal indicator will go from full service to no signal and everywhere in between... very frustrating!

Inside my Condo the reception is poor to average. Outside the reception is good. Heading west on the 210 fwy, in the Upland Claremont area, the signal drops out in lower sections of the fwy.
