I had Verizon for nearly 5 years when I decided I was paying too much. I then went to Sprint, hoping that I'd be better off - BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I've had Sprint for almost two weeks, and I'm ready to cancel before my 30 "trial" period is up, so that I can return to Verizon. I've never had a problem; no dropped calls, no late messages, no calls going directly to voicemail - nothing. Everything worked great! It is on the expensive side... I don't usually agree with this but, if you buy cheap (SPRINT), you get cheap. I don't know how Sprint is still in service. Without exaggerating, I have at least two dropped calls daily...

I've had Verizon in Rancho for years and I never had a problem. In the past I had AT&T and Sprint. AT&T never even worked, and Sprint dropped all the time.

Not too many dropped calls as long as I'm outside my house. If I go inside the house I constantly drop calls. I have tried Sprint, ATT, and Verizon. Sprint and ATT I had a couple of years ago and coverage was horrible but their customer service was great. Now I get okay service from Verizon with bad customer service.

Live in a single-story home with 180 degree view of valley; you'd think the reception would be flawless. If I'm in the backof the house, closer to the slope, I get good reception, but in my office that is in the middle of the house, I get a lot of dropped calls and a fluctuating signal indicator.

I usually have some service, but call quality is average to poor and I have frequent dropped calls. If I leave my phone on the table and watch it, within one minute the signal indicator will go from full service to no signal and everywhere in between... very frustrating!

I live in the Terra Vista area on Ellena West. We moved in two years ago and reception was good. Since then it has actually gotten worse. I went from being able to call pretty much anywhere in my house to only a small "hot spot" or two here and there. If I move, I drop the call. I've also experienced more dropped calls on average commuting from City of Industry to Rancho Cucamonga. It doesn't seem like their reputation for coverage is holding up. Add to that lengthy contract commitments and I'm sooo happy to be out of my contract soon! I'm looking here for suggestions. Rancho Cucamonga peeps rep!

Service has been poor for at least 2 years. Signal fades in and out, impossible to make calls reliably. Somedays I will never recieve a call, then when I drive down Haven my phone will alert me that I have messages. Talked with Verizon, they said it is a dead zone and that they have no plans of upgrading service in that area. Funny thing is, there is a new cell tower next to Jack in the Box on the Haven / 210 exit. Must not be a Verizon tower. I mentioned the LOS OSOS football field light poles as an option for an additional tower. Told them I could not understand how this area is not important to them, as it is one of the fastest growing places in California. Looks like we need to put some more pressure on them to get better service in this area.
