I had Verizon for nearly 5 years when I decided I was paying too much. I then went to Sprint, hoping that I'd be better off - BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I've had Sprint for almost two weeks, and I'm ready to cancel before my 30 "trial" period is up, so that I can return to Verizon. I've never had a problem; no dropped calls, no late messages, no calls going directly to voicemail - nothing. Everything worked great! It is on the expensive side... I don't usually agree with this but, if you buy cheap (SPRINT), you get cheap. I don't know how Sprint is still in service. Without exaggerating, I have at least two dropped calls daily...

I've had Verizon in Rancho for years and I never had a problem. In the past I had AT&T and Sprint. AT&T never even worked, and Sprint dropped all the time.

my house is a two story home and have had nextel, sprint,t mobile and verizon! t mobile and Nextel is consistent with 1 bar at all times in my room! Verizon will occasionally have 2 bars but mostly 1 aso! However Sprint stepped up to the challenge and is consistent with almost full bars at all time!

They just built a clock tower that disguises a cell tower about a month ago. I don't know if its the new tower since I only remember Verizon techs working on it but it seems to be the source. The whole block used to be 1-2 bars with drop calls and unreliable service. In the past 3 days my signal strength has gone from 1-2 bars to no less than 4 bars consistently. About time.

I was previously with AT&T Wireless. Reception was usually 3 bars, but has improved rather significantly in the past year or so. Overall, a progress in the right direction.

I live right next to Chaffey College. The reception is good. I would recommend giving AT&T a try. I can make calls in my house in Alta Loma. But I have notice when driving on the 210 heading towards Upland, and Claremont I get poor reception. But I just canceled my AT&T and signed up for Sprint. Just got it today. But looks like the Sprint reception is not good in Alta Loma or Upland. Well I have 14 days to return it. I got Sprint because I liked their Fair and Fexable Plan. Well I'll see what happens.

Live in a single-story home with 180 degree view of valley; you'd think the reception would be flawless. If I'm in the backof the house, closer to the slope, I get good reception, but in my office that is in the middle of the house, I get a lot of dropped calls and a fluctuating signal indicator.

Reception is generally ok, just spotty where I live. This frustrating as we try to use the phone for all our long distance calls. We ofter have to roam around the house to find a better signal.
