Have been with Sprint since 98 and find that overall my phones reception is good anywhere in both the bay area and up and down the hwy 5 from Sacramento to Reading... The signal does begin to fade a bit around Mountian Gate, but I still have reception. I am actually a happy customer, but agree that their customer service is extreamly poor.
