Numerous issues with service, dropped calls, up to 24hr delay on text messages and voicemails, mostly cannot get internet connection, very spotty coverage overall. I've been to the Magnolia store many times &have been told either my settings are slightly off; or if 4g is not showing, I need to change the data screen info; also, improvised by changing my connection to Wi-Fi; and of course the fix all claim, it's probably time to upgrade my device. They've got the bases covered with excuses. I just need functionality. For what am I paying $40 / month? I cannot even reach someone by text that is occupying the same house. Had AT&T forever, last 3 weeks have been SO bad. Missed calls all day. Voicemail comes through half hour later. AT&T says area is congested and usually clears up, well it hasn't. My 4g lte changes to an E intermittently. Not the phone HTC M8, my husband's iPhone same issue. Been here 3 1 / 2 years with no problems and all of a sudden it's like I don't even have a phone. I have tried T-mobile, Cricket and finally Verizon. T-Mobile went down after some tower work. They sent a booster which did not help. Cricket was slightly better for a time but started to drop calls. I was using their phone and they claimed it was the phone. Verizon is usually 2 bars but not always. I have not decided if they are worth the extra monthly cost.Was this review helpful to you?

Some areas of Riverside have poor reception, such as along the north side of the 91 freeway between Van Buren and Arlington, exceptionally poor at the T Mobile store at Arlington and Madison ironically. Over all the service is really good. I believe that T Mobile needs to build and install more towers to create better service... which is obvious lagging behind Verizon. I had Verizon, but lost reception in certain buildings and costing twice as much as T Mobile (we have 6 lines on the account) caused us to switch.Was this review helpful to you?
Several blackout areas along the 91 freeway and all along Indiana Avenue. Dropped calls, "No Internet Connection." Had this over three different phones, so I don't care to hear that it's the hardware. I have friends with the exact same model phone but with Verizon service. They can stream movies in the same place I'm getting zero service. Avoid T-Mobile in the IE.Was this review helpful to you?

I remember that back in 2003 - 2004, T-Mobile had better reception than Verizon. I had moved on to AT&T (iPhone 3GS) from T-mobile, and AT&T's signal quality was getting worse every year in Canyon Crest area. In 2010, I made switch to Sprint (Galaxy S2), and then realized I was paying for 4G that was simply unavailable not only in my area but also in most of Riverside and Moreno Valley area. Then I decided to give Verizon (LG G2) a try, and although I don't always gt 5 bars, I do get 4G LTE signal and at least 1-2 bars in most of Riverside / Moreno Valley area. I would say that your best bet for inland empire is Verizon whether you like or not.Was this review helpful to you?
It's a breach of any contract that proclaims a 4g service to their phone customers and its not available, let alone the phone carrier failing to provide a disclaimer to customers where 4g coverage isn't available. And to further show the integrity of these phone providers, their phones are Programmed to flash the 4g data connection on their customers phones leaving unknowing customers believing their receiving a 4g service. Until customers start filing civil actions against these phone carriers, these phone companies will continue to deceive the majority of their unknowing customers.
