In the many years I've been with Verizon, I have never had any major issues with dropped calls. Verizon definitely has the best coverage of any carrier. Friends who have other carriers complain about dropped calls all the time. There have been several times when we are both using our phones in remote areas and my call remains connected and their call almost always will drop. Verizon may be a little more expensive but definitely worth the money to stay connected

No real problems. ATT&T has always corrected any discrepencies on the bill. Have used them for 6 years now, outside of urban areas reception can be hit and miss.

I have the worst reception with ATT. I haven't always had such horrible reception, it's never been great but the problems I have experienced this week have made me decide to find a different carrier. I emailed their customer service and basically was told they don't guarantee 100% good reception... no kidding. Maybe I shouldn't guarantee 100% payment every month. If you are looking for a cell phone carrier and you live in Riverside I strongly suggest you find a carrier other than ATT. Their service stinks.

perfect reception, and you guys dont put 0 coverage if theres no 4g coverage you input your voice reception not 4g!

This phone service in this area is very poor. we have 95% drop calls and the other 5% you have constant static. WE WANT OUT! It"s been two years this way, and we have been with nextel / sprint for 8yrs. But they say sorry thats just not a good enough reason, and are still trying to charge us a very unreasonable per phone termination fee. That's the thanks you get for being a long term faithfull customer. That's having way too much control as an unfaithfull company. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS!

Almost no reception with AT&T. A black hole in a city of 350,000. No obstructions. Cell tower engineer can't believe / has never seen reception so bad!0-1 bars.

Coverage is a major problem around the UCR campus. I dont know how they say they have service in this area

I get 5 bars where I live to the exception that there is a radio station where I live but I would like to get 4g coverage sense I'm paying for it hopefully Sprint is going to step up to it and fix these problem

Can't get reception at all it sucks... but Sprint says they are building new towers in this area

Reception varies when walking around the house.0 - 3 bars. Get great reception on hill in back yard. Full load of bars.

Great service around UCR. No more dropped calls coming down watkins ave to UCR. Used to have terrible service with Verizon and T-mobile. I can't believe they have still not addressed the issue around a popular university? Verizon promised me that they were installing a new tower at UCR for over a year until my contract expired.

in my complex I get some reception even with Verizon 2 to 3 bars or sometimes nothing at all must be too far from cell tower??? (saw that there are no T-Mobile towers around.. Nextel and AT&T and others companys) on map...

Worst Ever! I honestly drop 70% of calls when standing still, 100% if I take the slightest step in any direction. Horrible. Stay away if you live anywhere near Thundersky Park...

Don't know if its a coincidence, but when AT&T took over Cingular, custormer is terrible. 5 to 6 dropped callw a day. The reception is okay at home, but get no reception in my office. Have to step outside to receive or make a call. Charges on my bill for items I never asked for. Charges for additional plan when we were on family plan. Lies by the sales people about what the plan covered. Was told by customer service it was my word versus the salesmen. Paid the buyout of 4 contracts and dumped AT&T after 15 years as a customer. 1 month with Verizon and no problems yet. Still early, but I'm hoping
