This has to be the worst cell phone provider so far. I have had Verizion and Nextel, and they had much better reception. This phone drops my calls and shows that I have full reception on the phone. I can't get calls to my house or various parts of town. It's totally unreliable and a pain. Forget about have reception in the Monterey area, Fort Ord, Marina, Seaside, Hwy. 1 or 101 south of Salinas. It's insane, some signls would work at times more efficently than this service provider.
