I get maybe 1 bar on 3G network if I'm lucky, then it will switch to Edge, then it will stop and say "searching", then it will switch to WiFi, then "no service", then 1 bar again. Frustrating considering I'm paying $80 a month! It works great when I'm anywhere but my house, but I'm usually at home (where I need it). AT&T had better step up, or they're about to lose another customer to Verizon. Also, in Joshua Tree the reception was just as bad when I was living out there. It's on and off when I drive through Parris on the way to San Diego (which sucks cuz on Christmas day I was trying to use the GPS to find Van Buren while driving directly into the sunlight!).

I drop calls inside my house all the time. Just moved there three months ago. Never experienced dropped call with Verizon in 10 years with the carrier.

Coverage map shows I can get 2 bars outside, but I'm lucky if I can even get one while outside hunting for signal.

I can usually get enough reception for incomming and outgoing calls. Unfotunately the connection is poor with lots of dropped calls and most people complain that they can't hear me due to poor quality.

I have had the most dropped calls with Cingular. There is no reception inside store buildings and in my home. I have to walk outside just to find one bar of reception and if I move an inch, I loose the call. I called the company several times and they just keep on saying that they are working on it, but they never fix the recption.

When i had analog years ago i got a great signal, once i went to digital the best signal i get is one bar. Tried different model phones all the same, AT&T is bad in that area, and actually, lots of others.
