Even though I get full reception, there are times when my phone does not ring and some is trying to call me. Voice quality is choppy, especially at night time.

Nextel works OK inside my house near the post office, but going into the canyon at Genesse and 52 is a death zone now, use to work fine. Moraga just north of Balboa at the 4 way stop is a touchy area, usually drops, but then once in a while it stays connected.

The new caltran building has lost all AT&T reception inside in the last 6 weeksyou used to get 3 bars and now you get zero since Verizon added boosters

Signal highly variable. Many dropped calls. When I called Verizon customer service, they tried to blame it on my phone, even though I told them that reception was perfect a few blocks away. After doing some checking, they finally admitted that there were "reception problems" in my area and that Verizon was "working on" installing a new cell tower nearby. This' was over three months ago and nothing has happened. m not sure why we are paying for this!

I have never had a call last more than 2 minutes without it dropping in my neighborhood. You can tell who has Verizon in our apartment complex because they all go walking around outside looking for better reception. Not sure why this area sucks so bad. I've had to purchase a land line just for phone calls at home.

I get dropped calls all the time no matter where I am in San Diego. I have already switched my phone twice thinking it would solve the problem. Sometimes I miss calls becaus it only rings once then goes to voicemail. I am thinking of switching to Verizon. I just like AT&T because I like GSM phones better, I like the fact that I can just get any phone and put my chip in it and it will work.

The phone will not ring into the apartment. I understand the cell band is from sprint.

I can get calls if I am next to or close to the window, but if I go to my kitchen, bedroom, and anywhere else in the apartment, I get no signal, and the call gets dropped.

Verison customer service is working hard to resolve this problem. A+ A+ for their customer service, hopefully problem will be resolved.

For the past 3 years I have had perfect reception at home until about 3 weeks ago when my phone kept dropping call. I since have got a new phone (treo 700p) and the calls continue to be dropped. Verison says this has always been a trouble area which makes no sense because of the past 3 years of perfect reception. I have no idea what's happening.
