Had great coverage, now barely 1 bar, Choppy reception, lose connection. Not just me, had party yesterday, same with all our version guests, all makes snd model phones experienced same.

I have IPhone 6 Plus. I get 1-3 star reception. Worst 1 star which happens enough to feel frustrated often. Long wait time. Late evening reception for FaceTime sucks. I FT family in Netherlands every weekend starting at 10 pm for couple of hours. Bad reception every time. Freezing of screen a lot. Skype a little better, not much.

So very inconsistent. I usually see 3G in my neighborhood. My text messages are delayed. My calls go straight to voicemail. When I went to the Verizon store they recommended a cell booster for my home (which wouldn't help when I'm at my kids school or running errands.

I had been experiencing very low reception until I called to complain. Suddenly, it is better. Go figure. I wish that I didn't have to call. I wish that I didn't have to hear my family members always asking me if we can switch carriers..

I regularly get 1-2 bars at all times of day in and around Balboa Park and Hillcrest. Also, during phone calls I will get broken reception where I can't hear the other person speaking. This happens on both my iPhone 6 and 7 during calls all over the country. Not reliable and getting worse. Data speed is not consistent or fast either.

Tried t Mobil for 2 months from Verizon. Went back to Verizion. To many spots with no reception, that I did have reception with Verizon,,and the people in the stores are more knowledgeable and helpful with Verizon

Ten years ago I was a T-Mobile customer and loved them. Not anymore! The signal inside my house is so bad that I cannot use a wireless headset, which is annoying when I'm trying to work on the phone. In fact, there's a 50 / 50 chance that an indoor call will disconnect, regardless. When I go outside I have better reception, but I still have dropped calls, shrill noise on the line, and other miscellaneous problems. T-Mobile sent out a signal booster which I installed. The only think it did was interfere with my wireless printer! Totally disgusted.
