T-Mobile

I thought the poor reception was my house since walls are lathe and plaster but reading others' comments makes me think that may not be the complete problem. Hard to believe that T-Mobile has the best coverage in this area. Guess I don't need to switch.

I was visiting San Diego stayed at the Hayat House Hotel their WIFI service was slow, I turned off WIFI and used cell data LTE strong signal 4 bars very fast no issues with calls and text msg. We went to Coronado drove around Diego no issues, very good coverage and internet speed. Very satisfied with service.

Dropped calls constantly with various phones. Useless for business calls where you may get put on hold.

Hardly get 1 or 2 bars while on naval base; most of the time no service at all - also the same when driving along the Silver Strand Blvd. / CA-75. According to the coverage map, there are no cell towers on the island. So frustrating that T-Mobile is not doing anything about it with all these complaints.

I switched from t mobile, and cricket; because coverage and dropped calls were less of an issue in this area. I have been very pleased with my choice. Thank you Sprint.

Something has happened recently in and around Point Loma proper where No Service to 1 bar is the norm with no LTE in sight! Sucks to say the least! What happened?

I live on top of a hill and the service is horrible. I can barely make phone calls at my home. I get 4-5 bars and then suddenly the signal spikes down to 0 and I am talking to air. Yes I have a signal generator, yes I have rewired all the cable and internet connections into the house, yes Verizon has come out on numerous occasions, yes I have called Verizon every time there is a drop call for their records and yes they say there is a problem and still it continues. If I want to ensure that I don't have a drop call, I have to go down to the bottom of the hill; my outside office I call it. Who has to do that while paying crazy bucks for service?
