About a week ago my signal went from virtually non-existant to almost perfect. I can get pretty much all 5 bars anywhere in the house. And at Vons, where you would NEVER get signal, I'm now getting all 5 bars! Took them long enough!

Dropped calls all day long. If I get reception it's poor. Bought phones for company because Verizon was horrible in the area, but I guess it's time to explore other options.

Reception is really bad. There is a constant buzzing noise even when you use the phone outside.

Reception is good except you get dropped calls on every call. Generally, this happens at least twice on a half hour phone call.

You have to go outside to make a call, calls break up really bad or drop inside, and even outside you are lucky to get one or two bars.

Everybody in the business park at this location has to go outside to get any reception with Verizon Wireless and even then it can be tenuous. I had no such problems with VZW in an almost identical set of buildings in Rancho Cucamonga. Thus, I can only conclude that VZW needs a new tower to cover this location. I don't want to leave them but, unless they get something up soon, I'm going to have to go with another company. Oddly enough, those here with AT&T get great reception... hard to believe when their reputation for coverage and solid service is so bad.

I've been with Verizon for over three years and I have never really had any problems until now. I just recently moved to the San Dimas area and for some reason, my house is a dead spot. I often cannot make a call and if someone calls me my phone wont ring, then an hour later, my phone will beep, telling me that I have a new voicemail. This is a little frustrating, however I still can't complain about the overall service from Verizon. So far this is one of the only real problem areas I have found. Unfortunately it is right in my own home. I only wish that Verizon would catch up with some of the other cell phone providers when it comes to more up-to-date cell phones.
