Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG Chocolate Touch	my family and I have been wit Verizon for yrs and their customer service and reception has gone down the drain. I get phone calls from ppl yet my phone never rings and all of a sudden there's a voicemail. My phone drops calls all the time I get text msgs almost 30 mins or later after they've been sent. It takes a long time for a text to be sent because of the lack of reception. I HATE Verizon! I'm not even going to wait for the contract to expire before I switch providers. So happy (:
