I have had T-Mobile for year. It is the worst service overall. I have dropped calls and my friends always ask if I am driving with the windows down- when I am not. At home I get little reception and will receive message alerts an hour or more after the fact. The phone doesn't ring to begin with. I was told there were cell towers going up in the area when I initially signed up for service. I have adressed the problem with customer service. I was told I could pay 200 dollars per phone to discontinue service if I was not happy. I spent so much time on the phone with customer service to end up with a supervisor who was a jerk. I am changing service and would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.
Constant dropped calls mostly inside apartment. Little to no reception. Filed service request and say will have new tower around February, but no guarantees that it will improve service. I'm switching back to Verizon.
I've had my cell service with Verizon since they were GTE and it has always been great. Before Gte I had Cellular One, later became ATT Wireless which is now Cingular. I was not happy because at the time they didn't offer a national plan where roaming calls were including. ATT Wireless didn't suit my needs, I finished my contract and switched phone companies. It's that simple! I think all cell phone companies are great because they meet individual needs but indeed not every company is the same. People have to have in mind that cell phones are not 100% reliable, regardless of the company, and that is just the bottom line. I love my Cell phone as well as Verizon, they have great customer service (very friendly). I take my phone everywhere I go including when I go on vacation!
good reception overall.. get 2 bars all over house.. sometimes less but I get full in my room... . good going tmobile.. :P for all those who have bad signal.. get a better phone.. thats the reason why lol..
I get good reception everywhere but Good Samaritan Hospital (work). People with Cingular get reception there. If Verizon could get coverage there I'd stay with them.
