	Since early May 2011, calls constantly being dropped and co. will do nothing other than cancelling the contract! Admits this is a "problem area", though service was fine for 5-6 years.

	No receiption inside the house - I have to go outside in the back yard and then calls consistently drop. Verizon needs to address this area and San Clemente also, as receiption of terrible.

	Have to walk to rear window of my home to get good reception. Calls consistent drop. Often the phone doesn't ring - I just get the voice mail message after someone calls. On the freeway 5 North and the 73 Tollroad I get many dropped calls. I've been with Nextel for years, but I'm serious thinking of switching to another company. But who???

	Always dropping calls in this area. In fact I think it has gotten worse in the past two years.

	To my knowledge the only service that works in this neighborhood is Verizon.
