Reception on Jamaica Dr. in San Ramon sucks. I'd like to get rid of my land line, but can't due to frequently dropped calls on my AT&T cell phone while inside my house. Standing outside only improves reception slightly.

The entire length of norris canyon (in the canyon) has no reception. such a bad road it probably should have service for 911.

this area is the worst in terms of reception and apparently it is in need of cell towers to suppor customers in this area or even for those on the phone driving through this area as calls are 200% dropped when driving pass this area. This area is consistently ignored by these major carriers...

Call drops everytime when you drive down crow canyon going up the hill past Bollinger Canyon Road.

Reception has degraded significantly over the past 3 months. The service is essentially worthless. This applies to Diablo Rd.at 680 as well.

There is no reception once you go south of Bollinger canyon on Norris Canyon Rd.

I get great reception on my Nokia when headed south on I-680 between San Ramon and Milpitas. When headed north I occassionally drop a call as I climb the Sunol Grade. It hasnt happened in the last month or so, so Im wondering if Cingular has added a tower Im not aware of. I do watch for towers and always get a laugh out of the one on the east side of I-680. It is pretty close to the road sort of in an open area. It is camoflaged as a tree! Look for it next time you make the drive.

Bad reception all the way up Bollinger Canyon Rd through the new developments. By the time I hit the intersection of Bollinger and Dougherty, the phone drops the call. Like clockwork. Every day.

Very poor reception, if at all. Does work on rare occasion.

No reception in the Windemere area at all, very weak service available outdoors in the Gale Ranch development, called AT&T was told to switch to GSM.
