Just south of Hollister on the border of Goleta and Noleta (Hollipat Center Dr.): pretty bad service: calls drop if I move around too much in my apartment; frequently difficult to hear as signal seems to fade in and out. It may be the phone's fault, not Sprint's.

Inside my house I get 1 bar, in the front yeard I get 2 bars, and inevitable all calls drop. Asked to contact a store, who " calibrated the phone" but did not improve a bit. Need to know, presently, what is the best service for all Santa Barbara.

There must have been an upgrade in this area since 2003, because I almost always have perfect reception. On rare occasions (twice in two years) on the university campus I have had momentary service errors because of too many users on one tower, but from home to school I have yet to have a dropped call or poor service, indoors or outdoors.

Terrible reception in Santa Barbara. Can't even connect a single call if indoors. I hear Cingular is the only service that works in SB.
