I can't say how many times I have ZERO reception with TMobile. I have called over and over. They have switched out my sim card so many times and then blamed my Samsung 4G! I bought it from them and they would not switch it out. When you can't get reception at Fremont Park to call police when Pit Bulls and other aggressive dogs are chasing / biting kids then what the heck is the point of a cell phone? I took Samsung phone to a cellular / tech guy and he saw ZERO phone issues. PHONE has no issues when I unlocked it and went with AT&T based Cricket. T-Mobile is the WORST! Parents should stay away from this carrier because too many times we have been SOL when we needed a phone.Was this review helpful to you?
Switched over to AT&T from T-Mobile since T-Mobile had reception problems. AT&T worked fine for a while and then we had very poor or no reception at all in the last 4 months. AT&T didn't want to rectify the problem despite multiple complaints. Moved to Sprint and its great.Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible! Calls are always dropped after only a few seconds. And I cannot hear what the other person says - I can hear them for 1 second then followed by 4 seconds of silence. Sometime it's impossible to call out too. So frustrating! The problem is same inside my apartment or outside in the middle of the street.Was this review helpful to you?

I have lived in the area for 2 years starting 2012. Verizon cell reception has always been bad, one bar at most in my home. I could however make calls when standing by a window upstairs in my house and I had the occasional dropped call. Lately, since the building of the stadium and all of the new construction I cannot make many calls and when I do get a call to go through it gets dropped multiple times and I cannot keep a connection for more than 2 minutes. Horrible. Verizon tells me it's my phone but I have had 3 different cell phones and everyone who comes over has a different cell phone and they can't make calls either.Was this review helpful to you?
I use A LOT of Data, which I don't care about coverage when I have wifi, but right now I don't have wifi and running on simply the non existent Sprint towers. OMG makes me so mad ! I'm an avid article reader and Youtube viewer... Videos are constantly blurry and buffing every 10 secs. Makes me just want to chunk my phone out the balcony. Let's see, there's a certain spot I found in my apartment that gives me 3-4 bars off and on and that's in my kitchen.. Next to my fridge. Other areas in my apt are mainly 1-2 bars or always no bars and searching... searching... .searching for signal. Even when I drive out to El Camino, it's still searching for signal, it's annoying when I'm trying to get directions on MAPS. But you know where I do get all 5 Bars ?... . Santana Row. Of course it would be where the rich are. Don't they just get it all ? Geez sprint, for every hundred I drop each month, you'd think you would at least give me good service. Ohh and not to mention when I'm at home, my calls are constantly dropped. I tell my friends I'd prefer them to text me. My contract is over in March 2014, YAY ! So I'm definitely searching for a better carrier in my area but seems like all carriers have been failing lately.Was this review helpful to you?
Since April 2013 have lost use of my cell phone... .dropped calls, unable to use Internet, etc. Went to the Sprint Store on Stevens Creek Blvd.many times and they said phone is ok. Sprint is putting in new towers fixing old towers. Will be completed in July 28, 2013. Didn't happen. In the meantime many calls to Sprint, a lot of "we are working on it". It was escalated to "Tech Support" and still no bars on my phone. Sprint kept giving me the run around. So as of August 31, 2013 I still cannot use my phone in my area but apparently Sprint does not consider this a problem. It has been a nightmare. They leave a message saying to call the "888" number which you have to go through the whole scanario and the problem does not get resolved. I will not use Sprint any more. At least you can depend on land line. Yes, you cannot carry the phone with you but what you pay for cell phones and the monthly charges plus no customer / tech support to resolve problems is horrible.Was this review helpful to you?
