Use land line and internet for calls at home as cell service is unreliable. Biggest complaint is I cannot listen to Pandora Radio when going for a walk. Have traveled all over Europe and cell service is excellent almost everywhere.

New to the area. What is it with the lack of cell coverage in Santa Rosa. We’ve tried Verizon, AT&T and now with T-Mobile. All 3 have horrible coverage, dropped calls to numerous to keep track of even with wi-if calling. Don’t move to Santa Rosa if you relay on being connected.

No service with in a mile and although phone states connected to wi fi and wi fi calling activated with strong signal. No calls / txts can be completed. New $250 phone and $60 service useless!

We have AT&T for our mobiles and our internet. We have to use wifi calling from our home since the signal is so poor. Even with wifi calling our calls are constantly dropped. Most calls I make don't even go through on the first try. I've lived in Sonoma County for 20 years (Forestville, 3 years; Santa Rosa, 17 years) and have had AT&T for 18 years. The quality of service has steadily gotten worse over the past 12 years. I don't understand why this is happening and whenever I have to call AT&T, which I try to do as little as possible, they can't give me an answer. It's to the point that it's getting a bit weird-feeling... . y'know?
