I started with Pac-Bell, which became Cingular, which became AT&T.. Service in Simi was not good for me. Lots of dropped calls. Joined Sprint a year ago and haven't had any issues whatsoever, even up in the Knolls. The lowest I've had is 2 bars up at the top of Sequoia. Everywhere else, I have full bars. Just wish we could get 4G!

Sprint is very spotty. Read the reviews. Some good ones but reception is based on how close you are to a tower. Some people will be happy but I've had lousy reception indoors in several locations and more dropouts when driving on the Freeway even in populated areas. Recently switched to AT&T where the reception is not super great but it seems to be more uniform. Sprint used to have better discounts but no more and Account services have gotten rather unfriendly to talk to.

I've used Sprint for about 4 years with great reception everywhere, but a small area on the 118 around De Soto. However, their shared plans cost more than other carriers.
