Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola Droid 2	Voice calls are just ok from my house. Dropped calls are not uncommon. Data reception ranges from zero to barely on, with very infrequent bursts of speed. I have communicated with VZW tech support about improving their service and they said (paraphrased) "pound sand."

T-Mobile 0 Out of 5	I don't seem to get a signal for my T-Mobile phones more than a mile north of the intersection of Sand Canyon Rd.and HWY 58 / Tehachapi Blvd. A little peace and quite is not such a bad thing though.

Verizon 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: samsung VU620	I get very good reception at the lower areas in Stallion Springs. My sister has Sprint and she can't get reception from about Mojave on. Sometimes a little in downtown Tehachapi.

AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola 120t	Since Cingular took over AT&T- coverage is not as good. Stallion Springs and Bear Valley Springs are spotty. Cummings Valley and Tehachapi are OK but there are more dead spots with Cingular than AT&T had.

Verizon 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola StarTac	This area is a total dead zone, as well as the Alpine forest area. Some other areas of Tehachapi are also spotty. Verizon does however receive well in Bakersfield (as soon as you get out of the mountain area). Mojave desert area has great reception also, all the way to Needles with hardly any problems.
