T-Mobile has been pretty good. Their are some spots in my house where I don't get signal, but for the most part I get reception every where. Also with my Razor, if I have 2 bars; when I make a call my phone gains reception.

Dropped calls and no bars. Has never been this way before, changed about 6 months ago. We will be switching over to someone else.

We have had Verizon for many years and have been pleased. However,in the last 6 months the coverage in my home and several other places around town have been horrible. We will be switching as soon as our contract is up.I am bummed.

We have been very loyal customers of Verizon for seven years and we have issues of the calls dropping all that time we have called Verizon so many times to complain about this because we use are phones inside the house sometimes from one cellphone to another and the calls drop all the time and finally a Verizon saleperson sent a message to the network and the salesperson it will be taken care in 3 to 4 days and Verizon has never done anything to fix the problem and finally one person from Verizon said go outside to make your calls at night. And they think we are going to sign for another two years I don't think so and finally Verizon sale person said go do business with another carrier that very rude of the person to say and finally I e-mailed the FCC on the issue. Verizon used to be good here. Now they're not. Sadly, they don't care about the service and probably won't notice when I don't renew. Their network is falling apart and they want me to upgrade to compansate for their decreasing service area. I'm not as dumb as they want me to be.

Have had the Curve over 2 years and get roughly 2 bars at my house. AT&T was / is spotty inside my house per my wife's phone. The BB doesn't miss calls and the quality is passable which says a lot considering I'm on the Edge data network side a lot.

Reception is somewhat good. Customer service is horrible. Went in for a defected phone, came out with cancelled service. Called customer support and they cant do nothing about it. I would not recommed VZ to anyone. I would rather work with poor reception than poor customer service.

Left Verizon due to no coverage at house, caused by a hill blocking signal. Verizon wasn't sure when a new tower would go up, so switched to T-Mobile where you can get cell signal through your internet router. It works awesome - no more missed calls at home! T-Mobile service otherwise is OK - usually 2 bars, but always get calls. Reception is a bit scratchy, but I like the idea of not buying into the "Big Brother" network, Verizon. Also, Verizon does not allow Wi-Fi, T-Mobile does. I also love the sim card used in T-Mobile phones. All your info is on the sim card, so switching a phone takes 2 minutes - no reloading of info onto the new phone like with Verizon. Gifting a new phone to someone in the family is so easy... just switch the sim card and the new phone works!

most of the time only 1 or 2 bars, lots of dropped calls, phone searches for signal most of my work day and the battery is down to 25% by the end of the day, service seems a little better in the am then the later part of the day, had just signed 2 year contract week before I got the new job, will be leaving ATT in December
