Used to get OK reception at my home in Fernwood, though I had to stand in certain places to avoid a dropped call. As of yesterday AM, 3 / 14 / 11, nothing. "No service" is shown on my phone. I've noticed it's this way driving through the canyon as well, including in the center of town. Called ATT this afternoon, 3 / 15. They say a tower is out and they're trying to fix it by 6:50 tomorrow AM. Very frustrating as I have no land line!

dead as a doornail since 3 / 11. AT&T is finally admitting that the "network" is down- and no clue as to when it will be back up.

My reception went from very good to zero overnight. Did a tower disappear from AT&Ts lineup on the 14th at midnight? AT&T is ridiculous.

No reception downtown Topanga since early March. A week ago (3 / 7 / 11) there was weak reception south of town once you drove past the last buildings in Topanga. Today, (3 / 14 / 11) there is absolutely no reception starting at the ocean (Hwy 1 and Topanga Cyn Blvd) and all the way north into the town of Topanga. I had no problems with reception in Topanga prior to this month's blackout.

Used to have perfect reception -- Completely died on March 14th. No help when you call AT&T. They are like robots and go through the same monotone script about how they are reseting my phone yet nothing happens.

used to get good cell reception at my house- no reception for past 2 weeks ATT says have checked everything- no problems.Really unhappy.

i too was told there was moderate reception but there is none. bars but no service. I had Sprint before and there were a few spots which had reception- handy in an emergency. now when I pull over in those spots I get an access denied message.

Zero reception through Viewridge, which is close to the Top of Topanga. Some repair people coming through have had coverage with someone, but I'm not sure whom.

The AT&T representative claimed that coverage was moderate when we bought our iPhone. However, our entire development is in a dead zone (for AT&T).

Reception exists at Topanga Canyon Blvd.and Viewridge Drive, but disappears inside Viewridge Estates. I imagine that the lack of coverage affects 100-200 homes. This is really quite annoying after all this time. I don't believe the topography claims because at least one carrier works (I think that it's Sprint, but have forgotten). Some service men are able to use their cell phones without difficulty. Thus, I blame AT&T.
