In central valley I get fantastic reception almost everywhere outside, but inside a couple of stores around town the reception goes down to one bar or none. I get fantastic reception at home. In the bay area such as Mountain View, Palo Alto and a few other places great reception, but a couple of dead spots around Cupertino (indoors mostly). Im happy with T-Mobile so far, customer service is great.

Service signal strength fluctuates quite a bit depending where u are in Turlock but I don't actually have any dropped calls or call quality issues. My house on Milestone Wy (Christoffersen and Berkeley) is an inexplicable dead spot where I drop calls but within 200 or 300 feet in any direction I will have almost full signal so it may be an issue with my house in particular. North of Taylor is excellent and between Hawkeye and Taylor is average but no dropped calls. South of Hawkeye seems to be very strong on signal.

Constantly lose calls unless I run around outside. Indoors, the phone is essentially non-working.

I hate Sprint service! The reception in Turlock is absolutely lousy. Dropped calls, poor reception, half the time I can't even get a signal. It may be better in metro areas, but that does me little good since I live in a POOR SERVICE area. I have called and begged and complained that they improve their service. They say they are working on it and to hold on. That was months ago, and there is no improvement nor sign of improvement. Sprint gets a 2 thumbs down from me. Anyone who asks me about Sprint will get a "Don't waste your money!" from me. I am dumping Sprint!

Drop calls all the time, voice breaks when talking all the time wheather u call local, bayarea or out of state. I am very unhappy with the service.
