I am lucky to see 1 bar (rarely) in my home. If I get a call I have to freeze or the call will likely get dropped. I like T-Mobile but most of the time at home I have zero bars and drop calls. Texting doesn't seem to be impaired.

Never had a problem until today--2 / 11 / 11. Call was dropped. Tried to call back, 3 bars listed but wouldn't ring--"call failed" came up about 3 times as I drove around "The District" in Tustin. Had to call at home from landline. Could this be from the new iphone traffic?

T-Mobile coverage (on 2G, not even 3G) in this area is TERRIBLE! You will not be able to make a call inside your house if you live in the home around this area. Coverage is decent in the middle of town and some parts of Tustin Ranch, but expect NO SERVICE up in by Portola and Tustin Ranch Road.

No problems with Sprint at The District at Tustin. Full reception outdoors, maybe loses a bar or two indoors (but still more than sufficient to make crystal clear calls and have fast data). Very happy with my Sprint service!

In Malaga tract between Irvine Blvd.and La Colina, off Tustin Rnch Rd. Reception varies between 1-5 bars depending on location in home and the mood of the airwave spirits. Occasional dropped calls and poor reception if I wander out of the "good" spots. Good spots on 1st and 2nd floors, but even here, good reception can occasionally fade. Backyard no better or worse. Motorola phones are better than Nokia, Samsung, LG, iPhone, and Sony Ericsson phones I've had here. I can walk the dog around the big block of Tustin Ranch Rd, La Colina, Browning, and Irvine Blvd.and get decent reception the whole time.

I've had all the carriers - T-Mobile works the best by Peter's Canyon. Verizon is second, Sprint goes into roaming and ATT doesn't work. I would love to purchase an iPhone, but having service in my house is a must!

No reception inside the house and outside on the street. If I go to second floor I barely get some reception but 100% calls are dropped from there

Reception is perfect. Never have a dropped call. Fees are resonable when taking into account AT&Ts iPhone monthly rates. Only complaint is their selection of phones is lousy, and they do not use SIM cards so unlocked phones are not an option.

Had T-Mobile for 3 good years in La Montana before moving to the "golf course" a few months ago. I thought it was bad as I could only be on the phone in the living room, or else drops. Eveyone raves about Verizon. I ported my number, and signed up with Verizon. IT IS WORSE! There isn't a spot in my place I can speak clearly for more than 40 seconds. Got good deal at Costco, and phone is cool, but... ... .WTF?????

Slightly better than T mobile. Only bad thing about them is bad phone and high prices. Consider T mobile if you like more phone choices.

Just moved to Cameo Woods. No service at all in the house and outside in backyard just 1 bar and you have to keep moving around not to loose it. Just plain horrible service--along with the iphone 3G very crappy upgrade from release version. Live in this area you definitely don't want service with ATT.

I want to purchase an iPhone, but no AT&T service near the Cedar Grove Park area. Can anyone recommend anything for me? Verizon signal is very strong here, but I'd like to get an iPhone!

Usually at one bar but we almost always have coverage although weak at times. I'd like to know how to get one of the other carriers as Verizon is too expensive. Does T-Mobile work here? It did NOT when we had this two years ago.

Used to have Cingular and had no reception. Switched to T-Mobile and barely get reception. If a call does go through, it's very likely that it will be dropped within the first minute. So frustrating! Hate having to leave the house to make a phone call!

T-mobile worked for two years while I was on the monthly plan, but when I went to the prepaid plan my coverage dropped to nothing in and around my home. I keep the phone charged, it "shows" four to five bars while dialing, but then drops off after about ten seconds, to nothing and It's September 2007, the middle of Orange County, and I can't get any reception. I used to be able to call to the Florida Keys, now I can't call anyone without driving to where-ever it is that the towers do support reception.

I always have at least 2 bars. My phone never goes down to "no signal" in this area. Right now in my room I have full reception. My roommates have the Motorola RAZR and they always have good reception as well. It think in this area near Irvine Verizon has the best coverage, especially since their West Coast Regional Headquarters is located off of Sand Canyon in Irvine and their Irvine retail location being their flagship store. I wanted Cingular bc the have better looking phones, but what's the use of a cool phone with no reception? oh well.
