I am lucky to see 1 bar (rarely) in my home. If I get a call I have to freeze or the call will likely get dropped. I like T-Mobile but most of the time at home I have zero bars and drop calls. Texting doesn't seem to be impaired.

T-Mobile coverage (on 2G, not even 3G) in this area is TERRIBLE! You will not be able to make a call inside your house if you live in the home around this area. Coverage is decent in the middle of town and some parts of Tustin Ranch, but expect NO SERVICE up in by Portola and Tustin Ranch Road.

T-mobile worked for two years while I was on the monthly plan, but when I went to the prepaid plan my coverage dropped to nothing in and around my home. I keep the phone charged, it "shows" four to five bars while dialing, but then drops off after about ten seconds, to nothing and It's September 2007, the middle of Orange County, and I can't get any reception. I used to be able to call to the Florida Keys, now I can't call anyone without driving to where-ever it is that the towers do support reception.

Both at home, near Browning and Irvine, and at work, my Verizon service degraded significantly about three months ago. In my office I routinely had three or four bars of service. Now it's 0 or 1 bar and I have frequent dropped calls. When I first inquired about this on VZ's customer service number, they reported no problems in the area. I visited a store - same story. By the time I filed a complaint and mobilized 6 of my co-workers (with the same problem), I got a response from VZ that they'd made some changes at the towers. Service was better after that for about two weeks, and now it's back to the same dropped call problem. I've been a VZ customer for years, but I'm on the verge of going elsewhere for my service.

Dropped calls all the time... very poor service if any inside and out. Am searching for a new provider as of this writing.

I have raved about Verizon's service for several years now since switching from AT&T when I couldn’t use my cell phone at the house in which I lived. I just moved to THIS area, and have extremely poor reception, with 99% of the calls dropping off. After two weeks of investigating (one. Customer Service called to update me on the Trouble Ticket and inadvertently admitted that the technician assigned to the case was still on vacation), I finally go a message that said that Verizon is aware of the marginal service in that area and there is no plan to improve it. My plan is to leave Verizon.

I get little to no reception on Irvine blvd from prospect all the way to the 55 freeway. If I call anyone the call is dropped, and when people call me my phone doesn't ring -- I just get a voice mail about 10 minutes after they left it. It's ridiculous! On my phone it shows anywhere from no reception to 2 bars but its usually nothing or one bar. I wish they would fix this.

Full service bars, always. Only once saw 4 bars, 9 times out of 10 it's 5.

I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and the reason why we are not getting service is because they are waiting on budget approval to build another tower... .though they sell the service a mile from here knowing that the reception and service of internet and texting is poor to none... i personally have three lines with them and signed a two year contract which I cant break without early termination fees of $600... ..if anyone else is having this problem please notify and speak to tmobile.Maybe enough calls will result in some kind of comensation on our bills or at the least some kind of response!

Never had a problem until today--2 / 11 / 11. Call was dropped. Tried to call back, 3 bars listed but wouldn't ring--"call failed" came up about 3 times as I drove around "The District" in Tustin. Had to call at home from landline. Could this be from the new iphone traffic?
