I was with Tracfone on a Motorola V60i system worked well around Twain Harte and on my land on MtProvo... marginal at Black Oak Casino but it worked... Without telling me..Tracfone seems to have dropped Verizon and went with ATT... Now the sytem does not work well at all..I called their customer service and got the run around... then they said that the V60i (Verizon?)was discontined... but the V170 which my Mother has..is even worse (ATT?)... I called customer service which was in Argentina..now in the Phillipines..and they reprseentative could only mimic english... not have a conversation. In broken English she told me that they were sending me a new phone but zeroed out my old one... then read to me... Please use you current cell phone until your new one arrives... I hung up on the land line... and my old cell phone would not work at all. I sent a complaint to the PUC. Seems tracfone went on the cheap and has lost two customers. I know others who will Need to drop them as well... .Verizon seems to be the only group that works at all. AT&T old Cingular... burned me once really bad 10 years ago... I have not forgiven them yet. It figures why my Mother's new ATT / Tracfone doesn't work. On to Verizon!
