Verizon needs to improve coverage, especially in the Valencia north area. I cannot browse on the iPad at all down McBean from Copperhill all the way to Newhall Ranch Road. Even when signal is good, 3G speeds are dismal. AT&T has far better coverage. I hope things improve when they roll out LTE.

I have Verizon Wireless and have changed 3 phones to get good reception and it doesn't matter which phone I get. My reception used to be great but in the last 5 months reception has deteriorated with me getting dropped calls for almost every phone call. I'm done. I'm switching to another carrier, probably Sprint.

Full signal but sometimes interference in parts of the house. Outside almost perfect 24 / 7. Recently changed to iPhone 3GS / ATT for the hardware. No issues with VZW.

Can only get reception in one part of our house. Even in that location, breaks up from time to time.

I have had great service for years but in the last 6 months it has gotten worse every day in every area don't even think about making a call on the 5 anymore

I'm replacing my LG phone I've had for 1 1 / 2 years. It's been a dud since I got it (lousy reception most anywhere), so this isn' a real test of Verizon's call quality. I have the same problems all over So. CA (especially inside office bldgs.). Very frustrating phone, but Verizon is good to work with.

I have had no problems with cell phone reception on the ground and inside my apartment (3rd floor).

Very inconsistent... 1 to 4 bars in a matter of seconds.

Verizon is horrible in this area! I will probably go with TMobile when my contract is up next month. Hopefully I will have better luck. I do not get Verizon service in my home unless I am upstairs in one room of the house. Calls drop all the time within 2-3 miles of my home.

Verizon is pretty excellent all throughout Southern California. I get a minimum of "Average" to "Perfect" for reception in the Santa Clarita Valley for Verizon ^^
