Fwy is highest path in area, and always lose calls.

When Sprint first launched the 4g in my area it was great and I had full bars, Now it drops back to 3g. And the 3g in the area is really bad too. My 4g reads "poor" and is useless for data now. I have also notice in my travels that 4g is not available in most areas still and if it is, it's real slow and will hang.Let it be noted that I have a Sprint cell site a few blocks away. I wonder if Sprint is throttling back the data, It seems that way to me.

We lived in Burbank for a while and had great Verizon coverage. The moved to Van Nuys / Sherman Oaks area and Verizon was bad. They let us out of our contract early. So we got iPhones and AT&T. From dec 09 to may10 we had stellar service. Rarely a failed call. Tons of bars most of the time. Sometime in May, coincidentally when Apple announced the new iPhone, we started getting failed calls and very poor service especially indoors. We even tried that AT&T m cell tower but are returning it due to it shutting down our server off and on all day. And so we started quizzing anyone we knew who used the iPhone and every person we talked to said starting just before the summer they had mostly crappy service especially in their houses. From Pasadena to woodland Hills and in between. Anyone way to start a class action suit?

Poor reception here at all times, both in coming and outgoing. Also poor when calling from near downtown L.A. to this location.

T-mobile is the absolute worst. I get poor to no reception all over the valley. it's awful. I called T-Mobile to complain and the operator said, "well, that's what happens with cell phones - they go in and out of coverage areas... " this is driving me nuts. thanks for giving me a place to rant!

Mostly, I have no signal on this often traveled stretch of Victory Blvd. I'll get a couple of bars for a portion of a block here and there.

At home - My phone will indicate full bars one second and then no service the next. Cannot conduct a phone conversation without call being dropped or very poor reception. AT&T touts its reputation with the largest nationwide network. What a load of crap!

have had Sprint for years- company phone works OK. since may 1st I have had zero phone reception but it does not say" no network "it tries to call but fails. called repair,she said they have tower repair in the area ongoing?? went to Sprint regional service center, the tech said probably half the people you see in here are complaining for the same reason as you -all we can do is send an e mail to corporate and let them know... .evidently that is not helping

Extremely disappoint with speed and coverage. I'm switching back, nothings improved here.

DEAD SPOTS: Roscoe and 405 fwy (Budweiser plant) - phone will go to "no service" immediately without fail. It will not only drop you, but you might not be able to get a signal for another 3 miles no matter which direction you go. Really odd how that works. White Oak / Saticoy - Dead spot. No service in the Ralphs shopping center. Dont dare drive by while on the phone, you will be dropped. Its been a problem for years now, and nothing has been done. I avoid that route if I need to make a call. 5 fwy / Roxford (Sylmar) - drops you every time. Might be the juvenile hall satellites 405 fwy south (where you enter the SFV from the 5 junc) - phone drops you as you enter the valley from where the 405 starts. Then will get service back only to lose it when you reach the Budweiser plant.
