Just got it today, 4G is supposed to be Faaassst!, Barely could get online! it just keep on spinning for a while, before it downloads, GALAXY S 4G, is not that fast!

I have a 3 G micro cell in the house and still have only 2-3 bars at other end of home and drop many calls.

I can't make or take calls from my home or neighborhood. I rarely have more than 1 bar and quite often have "No Service" on my phone. I chatted online with a CSR from AT&T today and was told they had made note of my service issues. When I asked for more information about how they would rectify my issues I was told that I had to call customer service. I can't make calls. Ridiculous. Reception is getting worse and so is customer service.

Reception depends on phone and location on our property. Generally, have not seen over 3 bars in the last year or so. Noticing many more dropped calls lately. Not the best reception here. Looks like the north side of town suffers in towers. I get better reception where I work, out in the country in Dinuba.

Awful reception. Was told that there is marginal coverage in this area. Need to find a better carrier.

ATT is horrible! My Blackjack lasted one year - the product is horrible, wire defaulted in charger port. I decreased my plan by $20 and lost 10,000 rollover minutes for adjusting my plan.

ATT is horrible. I changed my plan because I had 10,000 rollover minutes. I decreased the plan only $20. they took my 10,000 rollover minutes! My Blackjack lasted only 1 year.

Reception inside house drops to 0-1 and makes it really hard to make calls. Cingular has many more towers and reception is better. My T-Mobile contract is up and I am switching back to Cingular. Cingular also has better coverage in the foothills, Three Rivers, Springville and mountain communities. T-Mobile has a better price but I can't take it any more.

I got t mobile for a few days, reception was horrible on this side of town, I dropped calls on Goshen street. If you want to go with GSM I reccommend going with Cigular.

Reception is pretty good, certain areas there are low bars, but calls never drop.

My phone rarely drops a call. It has been great.

If there is any reception at all, which there isn't about 75% of the time, the calls drop off for no reason - without moving, changing position or anything else. AT&T was just as problematic in this location. Nextel local customer support is very good, and they are very sympathetic, however that does not improve my reception.

This phone is good, I had a nokia 7210, horrible reception.
