Usually get around 4 bars, never had a dropped call. Great VZW service that I need and expect.

I've used all of the carriers throughout the Bay Area and traveled nationwide. Hands down VZW is by far the best. No service is perfect but VZW has done the best for me and my cell phone is all I have. I've been without a home phone for over 8 years. If I had to rank them, 1 VZW 2 Cing 3 Sprint but they're way down the list 4 Nextel but they're fading fast 5 T-Mobile, don't rely on it too much 6 Metro, great for kids who don't care Try them all out but for voice and highspeed data, there is no comparison to Verizon Wireless.

Last summer received 2 to 3 bar reception at home office. Since Fall, reception poor with lots of dropped calls.

High density, retirement community. Hard to understand why service is so poor.

In early summer the reception was excellent, since then I get poor reception and / or calls drop

Purchased Verizon 2 yr contract but cannot call out of home office. Have to walk out the door and 1 / 4 mile before any reception. How can I improve reception of cell phone?

Supposedly one but I receive none! One tiny dot next to the little tower sign.
