new phone, bad reception especially at home where I use most of the time. 95% of my calls had echos and my voice was muffled. Not Verizon's fault, I returned phone, activated my old LG vx4400 and things are crystal clear again.

We are lucky to get 1 bar at or near our home. Dr.one mile north, and the reception is fine.

1 bar reception. I can not make call many times, especally in the house. I keep getting dropped calls in the house. Sometimes I can make calls outside and sometimes not.

Verizon has very good reception almost everywhere in LA. There are dead spots on the I-5 in the Sun Valley / Pacoima area and on the 118 in the Chatsworth area.
