I'm shopping for a new carrier. I have two LG phones -- one for work and one for personal use. When I am at home I have to sit or stand in very particular spots or I have no coverage. Even if I do have coverage calls are dropping all the time. Last night was the final straw. I have no idea of why this is happening. I've lived in this apartment for 7 years and never had a problem before. Yes, the phone is also 7 years old but the work model is newer so that can't be it. If they are adding towers and not taking them away why is the service worse now? Thank goodness my contract has expired and I'm a free agent. I'm going to give Sprint a chance to take my business away from Verizon. Their EVO looks like just the phone for me.

I switched to Verizon from Sprint 4 years ago and have had great reception ever since. The only spot I want for reception is on one small part of the UCLA campus. Otherwise, I've had a great signal in most of the greater LA area. Now if Verizon would only get some decent phones... Worst deicsion I ever made to upgrade from my v60...
