	Normally cannot make or receive calls from inside the home. Must walk about 35 feet outside, then it works fine. Major safety issue- must look into getting a land line.

	Had Verizon for 15 years. Reception was always spotty at the house as I am in the hills but ALWAYS had a few key locations I could count on to get signal. (critical for running a business out of the house) Upgraded to an android and within one month my signal disappeared though I always had broadband connectivity. After weeks and hours and many excuses, one employee admitted Verizon may have "turned the antennae to better serve the growing areas". How cheap can they get? I'm fed up! Can't run a business with no phone.

	Horrible! I get dropped calls here every day and no signal for several blocks thereafter. I usually have to reboot my phone to get signal after leaving the area! Called AT&T and they won't do anything about it! I can't wait until my contract is up so I can get a company who gives a damn about customer service. ATT SUCKS!

	Even putting a score of one is too much for times. Thie area is awfull for dropped calls. Called several times to complane but does no good. Drove cross country and had no problems till I got to this area. Most of my minutes are from recalls. Tried changing phones and that didn't work either.
