T-Mobile is hands-down the best mobile provider I've ever had while living in this area. Out of Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, Metro PCs, and Boost Mobile, T-Mobile has the best coverage in Woodland. I always have 4-5 bars wherever I go (even inside buildings) and have only experienced about three dropped calls since becoming a customer almost two years ago. Voice quality is also great. Verizon has the second-best coverage around here averaging about 3-4 bars, but friends of mine and myself have had many dropped calls (nearly every day) while using multiple handsets on Verizon. The calls will drop even if your service bat status doesn't change, and occasionally you will here the "all circuits are busy" message when trying to make a call. T-Mobile service works seamlessly in all areas of Woodland, Davis, and surrounding cities. T-Mobile has great customer service, decent handsets, and great affordable rate plans.

Always fantastic coverage here. The only time my phone drops calls or cuts out is if I am downstairs in my house due to all of the electronic interference in the house. But right outside, I get full coverage. Best Cell Company!

Surprisingly, since I switched phones (Nokia 6255i to Motorola V262) I have great reception at school. I guess Motorola phones are more sensitive to the signals!

Cell reception ranges from 4 bars to Zero bars at random intervals at different parts of the location (which is a farm) Where you have zero bars one day, you may have 4 bars in the same spot.

Horrible reception inside the house with all three phones, varies with time of day. Outside is generally fine. Besides the inconvenience, I must pay the extra expense of maintaining a land-line, since I can't just walk outside everytime I get a call. I would change carriers or phones if I knew which one would work.

I use to have great service here that why we change to ATT but since the city of woodland uses ATT and they found out it does not work in parts of town, ATT did something to make them happy and screw everyone else. It helps if you go out side and hold one hand in the air and jump (omg 1 bar) can I hear you yet? And don’t even go there with the “3 g” just drive to starbucks and uses their internet.
