I can see the cell sight at 5222 Highland Ave Yorba Linda‎ California‎ 92886 but get ONE Bar!

It has been about a week and a half since my reception at home has been terrible. Bad connections, dropped calls, standing by the window, everything for all cell phones. Before, I never had a problem. AT&T said there was some work done to the towers recently in the area. I hope this is not permanent. They did reset our phones on their end which is supposed to help improve reception. We'll see.

I always either have 4 or 5 bars and 3G. Everywhere I go in Yorba Linda, I usually have 4 bars. But now they have HSPA+ so I am thinking about switching to that because it is 4G. But overall, AT&T is perfect here!

Excellent reception up here in the hills 4 bars to full reception. Calls are clear and are never dropped.

horrible up the hill. cant send / receive messages, and phones? yeah right. before they changed the chips, everything was dandy. now, what heck!

before they changed the chip.. I had good reception and no dropped calls inside and out.. Now.. forget it! have to go outside to take / make a call on the cell.. and I can no longer do business on it.. they keep dropping my calls.

Lucky if you get your call at all.. No dropped calls my aunt fanny! I'm lucky to complete one call without a drop or noise.. and inside a building.. forget it..

Terrible voice quality, calls dropping, even though I have six bars on the antenna signal indicator. I don't know whether it's the phone or AT&T - but I am going to swap out my phone and see. I am up on a hill, and have an unobstructed southern exposure.

Nextel in general tends to have very poor reception in rural, residential areas. In my home, I can receive text msg or a call, but couldn't send a message, or talk on my cell. I would have to call from a land line. Hope for better reception is not going to be forthcomming. With sprints acuisition of Nextel, I hoped that the coverage would improve, but a friend who works with Nextel says that there will not be a combining of cell sites until at least 2008.

Reception in this area is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes I can go an entire day without getting reception in the same house, then the next week I will have 1-bar for an hour. I get no reception while driving, but the moment I go on my roof (yes I tested it), I can manage to eek out a bar. I tend to get better reception with my i90 than my i860, but relying on it in this area is hopeless.
