Just enough reception to drop a call. Just about everyone in my phonebook has asked for me to switch service. Sprint is no good in North Arvada.

you'll often get enough reception to make / drop a call. friends often ask why my phone texts them the same text 6 times. It's because it says it didn't send it when you look at at and it continues to send it over and over by itself. I understand you won't get signal everywhere but these people that I have talked to about it are not very caring or understanding. PIECE OF SHIFT AND PIECE OF SPRINT!

I had way better reception in Dallas. I have to use the Wifi feature to make calls sometimes because I have no signal. And the internet is often on the E network when it should be 4G.

I switched from Verizon to Sprint because I was getting only 1-2 bars in my house and I've had Verizon forever. Sprint claimed my area would have great coverage and I would even get 4G. Not true at all. In fact I can't even get 3G or more than 1 bar. Most of the time I have no coverage and I'm roaming. Roaming within Sprint's own major network area. My calls kept dropping out during a business call so that's the end of it. I'm still on my 14 day trial and Sprint is going back. As much as I love the Galaxy S2, I can't handle their service not even being as good as Verizon. What's the point of unlimited data if I hit dead zones and live in a dead zone?

I have always had good coverage from T-Mobile at and around my home in Arvada. I hit a few dead spots along the I-76 corridor on the way to work, but otherwise it's great... in Colorado. When I travel out of state it's a different story. Coverage in Washington D.C. and other major cities is usually terrible. I used to have AT&T and it was equally bad. For some reason we seem to be pretty fortunate here on the Front Range.

Reception has never been very good at home, but I could make and receive calls most of the time. With my new 3G phone calls drop and cut out all the time and I can't get 3G to show up for more than a few seconds. I've done all of the updates with customer service. Their excuse is that it can be difficult if not impossible to get permits to put their towers where they want them. And suggest that I switch to a much more expensive LG phone. What a crock... after 10+ years with Verizon, I think it's time to switch carriers.

Very spotty coverage. Tower less than a mile away at 60th and Mcintyre aout two years old. still crappy coverage. When they turnned on the site, coverage improved and then went right back down. 0 bars in the house. It's like they turned the transmitter down to save electricity! Same old B-S from V-service. Run the *228. Does nothing. We keep getting promises of better services for the past 10 years. Outside forces keep us from switching.

Coverage here sucks. If I bend over to pick something off the floor, the call drops out. Sometimes I can't even make a call at all.

Everywhere I go, I have pretty reliable coverage. A few years ago there were a few spots I'd consistently drop, but those have gone away. I mostly spend time in the NW suburbs, but I get all over town and have not had a problem. My phone works well most of the way up I-70 to Vail as well.

FINALLY, after more than a decade or the worst reception in the world, Verizon has built a tower near 80th and Kipling and we now get 3-4 bars at our house where we used to never get any. We coudn't receive or make calls for fear of dropped calls before but now we can actually take advantage of our long distance plan and make calls to our kids out of state. Wonderful at last!

I've had Verizon for several years now. Excellent coverage and service until I moved to Arvada (area code 80005). Battery is usually dead because it is constantly searching for a network signal. That new EVDO broadband network is crap too! Constantly searching for either signal... which don't exist in Arvada. Have to stand in the magic spot in my living room to keep a signal. Called Verizon tech support... they gave me a number to call which updated my roaming capability... didn't have a roaming problem to begin with! Verizon won't let you disable the EVDO network capability either so it constantly searches and kills the battery. Thinking of switching to T-Mobile.

I was thinking of dumping Qwest because they can't update a simple PRL. After reading this, I think I'll stick with them. In town, it just works, every time -- even in my basement. Most places on the road (roaming), it just works.

Reception has always been horrible. Had an LG4500 now have a Motorola E815 which works better, but still can't have a useful conversation. Not sure why reception is so bad. There is a Verizon tower at 100th and Alkire. Just across Standley lake. Sure wish they would put up a tower on top of the hill.

T-Mobile has been great at my house. I had a Verizon phone before this that seemed to only be useful if I was anywhere but Arvada. There were days when every call I made was dropped about a minute or two into the conversation. It was horrible. When I switched to T-Mobile everything was solved. I now have a much cheaper plan, and I may or may not drop a call about once a month. I am very happy with T-Mobile. I would recommend it to anyone in Arvada who likes to be heard for more than a minute on the phone.
