Great service, no issues with dropped calls or no signal. Works all around the apt and has never failed. Completely satisfied with the service and the phone!

I had way better reception in Dallas. I have to use the Wifi feature to make calls sometimes because I have no signal. And the internet is often on the E network when it should be 4G.

I never had a bad experience with my reception or customer service for the three years I was with T-Mobile. However, I received a letter from T-Mobile which stated they were offering me a service guarantee and that if for any reason I decided to cancel my account I would not be charged the termination fees. WOW! It is months now and I've spoken to several people at T-Mobile. I switched to Cingular because of their roll-over minutes... However, I've had to make several phone calls to T-Mobile for a corrected final bill to be sent to me without the termination fees. I've faxed them my letter that I received and two supervisors have both stated that the termination fees should be removed, however, they have to submit the request to another dept who then calls me and says the charges are valid and no further explanation is given. My acct has now been forwarded to a collections agency who wants to settle the account and give me a 25% reduction. My final bill should have only been aroun $120, but they want me to pay $538.02 (this includes the $200 / per phone termination fees). What I don't understand is how can it be legal for a company to give you something in writing that states you may exit your contract without paying the termination fees, but then turn around and tell you they will not remove the fees in the end. Anyone have this same issue? Anyone in the legal field that has any advice for me please repsond with comments.

I switched from Verizon to Sprint because I was getting only 1-2 bars in my house and I've had Verizon forever. Sprint claimed my area would have great coverage and I would even get 4G. Not true at all. In fact I can't even get 3G or more than 1 bar. Most of the time I have no coverage and I'm roaming. Roaming within Sprint's own major network area. My calls kept dropping out during a business call so that's the end of it. I'm still on my 14 day trial and Sprint is going back. As much as I love the Galaxy S2, I can't handle their service not even being as good as Verizon. What's the point of unlimited data if I hit dead zones and live in a dead zone?

Coverage here sucks. If I bend over to pick something off the floor, the call drops out. Sometimes I can't even make a call at all.

I have had a Sprint phone almost 1 yr. everything was going good till I moved to Arvada area 80004. I am unable to use my phone inside my house, I have to go outside to the sidewalk or to the street to even get 3 bars, Or I have to drive 8 blocks away to get full bars, I have had an up grade and My phone still dose not work at my house. My girl friend has a Cricket phone and she gets full service inside my house, ( and Cricket, I classafie as a fly by night company compared to Sprint, so why dose she get full service? And it cost less too). My office is in my house so having to go to the sidewalk to make a phone call dose not work for me because my desk is inside the house, where I don't get coverage, and there telling me that a hill or a tree could be blocking my coverage area (what a JOKE) I will never recomened Sprint to anyone. I have made several phone calls to Sprint to tell them about this problem and they always tranpher me to Tec. support, but have the time they transpher me I loose the call. There service in this area is so poor it's a joke

Reception was good until the merger wtih Cingular took place. Since that time, the reception has become fuzzy, hollow, voice mail is late, picking up other people's conversations, and the number of bars has dropped from 4 to 2. At home, coverage was so-so with just AT&T, now, there is no coverage in my basement, little in the kitchen, but full coverage when I face NW on the deck. Was ok with AT&T but Cingular has ruined my experience. Too bad. Have until December then I can switch to Verizon.
