We just went to the 4g system as a total package for cell phone and internet and it is completely unreliable. Dropped service constantly on internet. 3g instead of the 4g I bought. Poor cell phone reception. All in all a very bad service period! Don't do it if you are considering it!

I've had this smartphone since 4 / 10 / 11 and could download free and paid Apps up to about july 4th.Now I cannot download anything and get a constant 'network problems' on the phone. I have been twice to the AT&T store at Arapahoe + Parker RD. to see whats wrong and the employee had the same phone and problem. His only advise was to keep trying and perhaps pay via a credit card.I don't see how using a credit card will make a difference with network connection problems.I have noticed in the last 30 days problems with all types of communications;FM,Satallite,ISPs both dial-up and broadband cable! Everyone I know is complaining!

In the last several days, all AT&T subscribers in this house (4 total) have had no reception to one bar constantly. 2 use iPhone 4, one iPhone 3GS and the third is not a smartphone. This is unacceptable as I am job hunting and awaiting callbacks.

I commute everyday on Light Rail between Nine Mile Station and Downtown Denver. I use 3G to stream internet radio and browse the web. I get very good reception for the whole trip with only a couple of locations where the signal goes to 1x for a minute or so. I don't talk a lot but I've never dropped a call in the year I've had the Droid.

I love the iphone, hate AT&T. Switched to Verizon when the Storm came out, lame phone. Went back to AT&T. Traveling on I-70 around Aurora, one call dropped 6 times! One bar at my workplace and have to stand still by the window, if I move, the call drops. Absolutely no coverage in the mountains. Insane! I am ready to switch back to Verizon, my husband has Verizon and he gets calls on the ski lifts, and my phone is dead anywhere after Genesee. Apple, get a clue! Switch your provider.

Got better reception at our old home on Hampden and Tamarac. Moving near Utah Park(on peoria between Mexico and Jewell), Now reception is "spotty" at best and the only way I can get mobile internet is to use my home Wi-Fi connection.

I have had AT&T since 2003 the last 3mo my services is almost nonexistent. Many calls to complain but no change in service I was told for 2mos towers being upgraded. It is not my phone as 4 other people with AT&T could not make calls from my location. Now what do I do switch carriers after 6yrs. I just want the service I am paying for. I can have 5 bars and calls drop. People tell me they cannot even get through they get a msg the phone cannot be reached or a busy signal.

Verizon works great here if you have a LG phone. Samsung picks up nothing and Motorola is not any better. I get full service with my LG. That should solve most peoples problems. Oh, and the max number of bars you can get is 4 anyway... You must have an old phone if you get more then one. If its old, get a new one. Also, do *228 option 2 to update for any new towers or if they updated anything. Also, EV stands for 3G and 1X is voice. You cant use EV for voice.

The network guys, stop around 6th Ave and Havana as you head northbound. Verizon excuse, too far away from tower but for $250 I could get a booster box. For $250 I could switch to a better carrier. Their store on Mississippi and Albion has pretty bad reception and the staff are pretty useless. The "tech" said all was fine in this area. Hmm. NOT! Switching as our contract has ended. Tired of dropping calls and talking in to what sounds like a trash can.

Have called Verizon for 4 months straight since movning to this area, only 1 / 2 bar, drop calls constantly, or phone does not even ring, then an hour later you'll hear your voice mail. Opened numerous tickets just for them to say "Were sorry but we did not find nothing wrong" Really? And this is happening all up Montview Blvd.from Havanna to Colorado Blvd. Soon as you hit Denver, perfect signal strength, but there is nothing wrong right? Johnson and Wales Univeristy is on this road and they too have terrible signal strength. Students cannot use their cell's. Funny how your suppose to pay full price and only receive 25% of service? Or they tell me I need to buy this $250.00 signal booster?? I don't think so, Fix your towers or add more to improve signal VZ!

Can't use my phone in my house in East Centennial, I have to step outside or the call is so garbled I can't understand. I also cannot use my phone in my home in E. Vail... same issue. Many calls go to VM with o a ring. This is good to finally vent a bit, I had no idea so many are unimpressed with Verizon!

The Cricket reception in this area varies greatly. Approx 40 yards west of this intersection, the signal drops to 0- all calls and VERY few text messages will get through. The trailer park neighborhood northeast of this intersection usually maintains 2 bars (below average) constantly. There are various other spots around the east Aurora area where calls will drop completely.

The Anschutz Medical Campus is a big dead zone. There's spotty reception here and there, but mostly none. Come on, the school needs money - offer to put a couple of towers on the roofs of the buildings here already.

I have had cricket service for the last 5yrs. the reception and call quality have been perfect. I have not had any dropped calls or calls with interference, I switched to cricket from verizon, and before that qwest at first because of cost. but found out later the quality and reception was totally better. I use the $60.OO plan which enables me to get unlimited everything including roaming minutes and still have had better quality service and reception than those of my friends on verizon, qwest and T-mobile. the saving of money for the montly service is a great bonus but the service I get is a great add on.

Great reception / signal strength, 5 bars, until approx 2 blocks from home then I'm lucky to get 2 or 3 bars. Have tried several different brands of phones with each "upgraded" phone reception / signal strength just gets worse. Doesn't seem to matter what brand of phone. Ones with internal antenas are the worst!

Verizon doesn't work well in my home. I barely get a signal at my home. Most of the time the phone will ring but if you answer it the call will be dropped. We called Verizon and they said that they don't have any plans to fix the problem as of now. Seems that Sprint / Nextel works in the area and T-Mobile has decent coverage there.
