There are so many places in the mall where I cannot get any service. It is so frustrating to have 5 bars at one store in the mall and then go into another store and not have any bars and miss calls and texts.

In the Last 3 weeks, it seems like AT&T has turned off half of it's towers to save money. I am on the road in the Denver Metro Area quite often, and can hardly keep from dropping a call these days. I have heard the same from Co-workers and their AT&T service. I am not sure what is going on but I am sure AT&T knows, and is not talking about it. I have called to complain and they act like I am the first person to ever call in with problems. I know that is BS because everybody I ask lately says the same thing. As soon as my contract is up I am switching.

0-1 bars in this area. Move a half mile north, east, or west, and service improves dramatically. No improvement moving south though. Also poor signal on Main St.around 10th.

I have nothing but good reception all around with Verizon. Downtown, DIA, Boulder, Ft. Collins, Colorado Springs. I have never had a problem with my reception except for where you wouldn't expect any just with other carriers (i.e. the middle of nowhere) My service is great even when I travel out of town, different states or even country.

0-3 bars although calls are dropped consistently. Sprint says they are updating their service daily and we've even had a 'technician' come out to determine the signal strength in the area. 3 years in the neighborhood with no success. Calls are dropped or there is no reception within the neighborhood and inside of our home.

Decent reception even though the it's a cheap phone. Virgin uses the Sprint network so coverage around the area is great, with just a few dead spots. Great coverage along I-70 west, even in the middle of nowhere on Colorado - Utah border. Verizon has no coverage west of Grand Junction. Dead spots are normal and every carrier has them. You just have to do the research on pages such as this, talking to friends, maybe even borrowing their phone to check service in the places you frequent the most. Virgin is the cheapest way to go if all you want is a phone to talk. Great Value!

My Verizon phone simply does not work in this area. The phone will say I have several bars, but I drop calls when driving anywhere in north-eastern Broomfield or even when just walking from one room to another in my house. It's not my phone, I have had friends who cannot get their Verizon cell phones to work reliably in my house either. I'm dumping Verizon, I've had enough dropped calls.

I had pretty good coverage with my Nokia 3285 and Motorola v60e. I replaced the Motorola phone with an LG VX-6100. now I can't keep a call going. I think I drop 80-90% of my calls throughout the metro area. I believe this to be a problem with the phone, not the carrier. I'm going to try another phone before I give up on Verizon, as I've been a customer for 8 years and have had great customer service and been happy with performance until now.

Reception is decent in my area. My phone usually rings if someone calls. Sometimes I will recieve notice of a missed call 1 / 2 way down the street that I never heard in real time while at my house; other wise, I am happy...

Absolutely no reception. ATT / Cingular users, Sprint users, even Cricket users can make calls. My phone won't even attempt it. Works very well (only drops calls in 4 spots), from Interlocken to NE Thornton (144th / Holly), where I live. Marginal reception downtown, or at DIA.

I have had Sprint for over 4 years, I will have to say I have always had great coverage for the most part. There are a few spots I always loose service but I understand why. ATT is no good thats for sure, I had them for my work phone and it sucked. I have tried to switch to TMobile but I took it back within 2 days because the service is soooo bad. The days of the past qwest was my favorite but they are now teamed up with verizon. I would go with verzion but it would cost me more than $50 per month to have the same features on my plan. Flip side I use their Curve 8330 and well that phone sucks.

I've had Verizon for five years at this location and have never been able to use my cell phone at home. My kids were recently added to my account with newer phones but those don't work any better. My father was visiting with a T-Mobile phone and got five bars! What's with that?
