I usually receive terrific coverage from T-Mobile. However, 70% of calls are dropped in my home. After bouncing back and forth between customer service representatatives for almost a month who tried to figure out the problem, I gave up my quest to send and receive calls from my home. The coverage is typically very good but the area between Circle and Chelton south of Fountain Blvd. has very weak reception.
I love T-mobile. I have been with them for over 5 years. No one else will EVER get my service. T-mobile's customer service is incredible. They listen, take care of the issue ANY follow up a few days later to make sure everything is still ok. Can you say that about YOUR service provider?????
Terrible reception. Had excellent reception with T-Mobile and Samsung phones. Maybe it's these "State of the Art" phones! Maybe it's the "NEW" AT&T! Will try new Samsung phones with same service provider and let you know!
We live downhill from the LaaDeeDahs in the Broadmore Area. I understand that that community has prevented cell phone towers in the nearby area resulting in a large dead zone from Venetucci Blvd. to the foothills. Our reception is terrible and has been with several previous phone models. We constantly have poor reception or dropped calls. If Cingular "has the fewest dropped calls" as they advertise then the other companies must be REALLY HORRIBLE as it can't get much worse that the service we get with Cingular.
Reception is absolutly horrible in this area. 1 out of 10 calls per day are decent but the other 9 out of 10 are constanly being dropped. It reminds me of that commerical with the guy is talking to his girl friend and looses the call
