Good compared to Verizon out here. Wish we had LTE though...Was this review helpful to you?
I live in the Broadmoor area and have suffered through very poor reception. We live at the base of Cheyenne Mountain and have been told that the mountain blocks the signal from the tower. I went to my local AT&T store on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd. near Target and picked up a Micro Cell Tower that boosts the signal through my internet connection. This has changed the reception dramatically; now have full bars consistently. As soon as I leave my house the signal is lost until I get to Hwy. 115. AT&T needs to get a new tower in our area; under the shadow of the mountain. Was this review helpful to you?
At&t's coverage in the northwest side of Colorado Springs is terrible. At my home in the Rockrimmon neighborhood I have ZERO BARS!Was this review helpful to you?
My Verizon land line service could not be worse. Many calls I cannot understand the person I am speaking with and many times they cannot understand me. It is so disappointing and I would like to go back to Century Link but I cannot afford to pay to terminate my contract with Verizon. PLEASE HELP! My cell phone works FINE!Was this review helpful to you?
I see a lot of conflicting information on these posts. I work from home and have no land line... therefore I rely on my cell phone 100% of the time. I've been a customer of AT&T for years, and didn't have issues with dropped calls until this last year. AT&T has really disappointed me as each call I make drops within 3-5 minutes. it's NEVER their fault, and always an excuse. I hate the thought of having to get a land line again (telemarketing) but may have to. Work requires an iPhone... however selecting a RELIABLE carrier is driving me nuts..since i'll just have to deal with a different carriers "issues / excuses" until that contract is up... such a racket! Was this review helpful to you?
I've sold phones for 8 years now, Having all of the major carriers. Since I started with T-Mobile I've been very impressed, By far the best in Colorado Springs area. T-Mobile ranked number 1 for a reason in Colorado springs. Was this review helpful to you?
Until today I could count on one (1) steady bar for reception. Calls drop consistently no matter where in the house I am, even upstairs. As of today, no bars, no service. I'm awaiting VZW's response to my complaint. My prior carrier was T-Mobile and I didn't have any reception issues such as the one I'm going through now.Was this review helpful to you?
about two weeks ago Sprint went from full bar to no bar and roaming now I just get call dismissed. Frustrated as I work at this location and I do the majority of my work from my cell phone. does anyone know what happenmed to the service? Was this review helpful to you?
In Springs Ranch area I see my signal go between 2 and 5 bars, but never enough to drop a call. Service is not as bad as people make it out to be. Unfortunately, they are a little behind getting 4G LTE to the Coloraado Springs area. Looking forward to the upgrade in data speeds. Was this review helpful to you?
Worst experience with a cell phone ever. I get, literally, no bars anywhere in my apartment. I can't send text messages and most of the calls I try to make or receive drop. I recently moved from Denver and didn't have any problems there. I don't always get data either, even downtown which is ridiculous. I have tried calling Tmobile's incredibly inept customer service (when I'm able to make calls, which isn't very often) and they always tell me they have no idea what's going on. TMoblie says I should be able to make calls outside, or in my car, but that's a load of bull and it doesn't work anyway. Even if I could make calls on the patio, or in my car, I shouldn't have to. I don't pay what I am paying every month to have to go outside each time I need to make a phone call. I went to the store and they switched my phone for a brand new one, same problems. I am at my wits end. Buyer beware: TMOBILE SUCKSWas this review helpful to you?
