Only works if in certain spots for phone calls only, not even texting works. Once past Windy Point my Samsung Galaxy is nothing more than a brink. Works in my work office but only on WIFI, forget Pandora or any other app working. I wanted to get a iPhone 6 but I don't see the point. Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T has good customer service and they are willing to work with the customer to fix outstanding issues, but the bottom line is that the reception is very bad here. We have to walk around in the house to find a signal and freeze in place while making a call or it will drop. BTW the Nokia lumia is a terrible phone. Stick with Android. Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible customer service, horrible reception, horrible company. Tying a string between two tin cans would work better than this joke of a service. There should be a fraud case opened against this company. How can they claim they are a service provider? Was this review helpful to you?
Cannot make or receive calls but can text if using wifi. Phone rings, but when I answer it the other person can't hear me and I can't hear them. Super frustrating! Was this review helpful to you?
It would be nice if there was more tower availability for coverage in Conifer, as a whole. We constantly have dropped calls along the 285 corridor between Pine Junction and Aspen Park. Very spotty in our neck of the woods off of Hwy. 285 and Richmond Hill Rd.in the Wamblee Valley Subd. Was this review helpful to you?
285 is barely acceptable but will cut out around windy point until the bottom of richmond hill. Overlooking kings valley with a huge view lucky to have one bar. No 3g ever. Voice calls dodgy at best, must be made quickly on the porch and texts are delayed. There are ALOT of houses here right off 285. Not worth the $$. Paying 80$ a month for an ipod. Neighbor has Verizon and watches youtube all night. 8 yr customer contracts up. Dropping at&t.Was this review helpful to you?
Almost no reception at home, have to drive down to the Kum n Go before can have reliable coverage. Was this review helpful to you?
connectivity varies: shows bars, yet continuously looses reception as signal fades in and out leaving the conversation without any notice; quite frustrating indeed. actually, if preparing for any valuable communication, must drive down conifer mountain to the ever enjoyable staples parking lot. which obviously wasn't mentioned as a selling point prior to contract... how lucky, thanks. Was this review helpful to you?
I live off Shadow Mountain Rd. near Flying J ranch. Reception here is good. On Hwy. 73 heading north, there's a black hole along Evergreen Meadows / Highlands, signal comes back fine by the time I'm at North Turkey Creek. Weak signal at old Safeway shopping center. Weak at the new one, too. Good signal along 285 from Aspen Park heading north / west, goes out around Doubleheader, comes back fine between Homestead and Indian Hills. Dicey through the canyon until Morrison. All in all, I'm pleased with Verizon's coverage up here, but have not tried any other carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
