Can find only one place in my house,upstairs in a corner of room where I can intermittently get average 3-4 bars reception. Even then, my calls always drop. Had to get a land line to even get through to customer service at Verizon, Without the call dropping off to even register my concerns. I am waiting, going on the fourth week for this to be addressed. They said they would have a technician come out and "test" the sight, right away, He never came and I didn't hear back from the supervisor until I stopped paying the bill and threatened to go to the Utilities Commission with my complaint that there is no "Contract" if there is no service> Verizon is still ignoring this.
