Called Sprint PCS about no signal in the apartment outside of the apartment, in the parking lot. Yes, they agreed their is a problem. I was told the towers are "exhausted". I asked what that meant. They didn't know. That is just what "it" said. They need to perform troubleshooting (they said), but didn't know when that would happen. They would gladly cancel my phone service without a penalty if I wanted.

I moved here about a year ago. Receptions was good. My roommate has Verizon, and can only stand in one spot in our house to get re ception. Over the past year, it has gotten so much better on my Sprint PCS phone. I think you would be stupid not to go with Sprint now in most of the Denver area. They used to be so bad here and Verizon used to be great, I get all over Denver and have had 1 dropped call.

Perfect reception throughout the metro area with my Sprint service. No issues with it any where. Great functionable service!

I get fabulous service with Sprint throughout the metro area - I even used to get several bars in my basement office, although that hasn't been so good in the past couple of months. The problem with Sprint is how quickly you lose service once you get outside the metro area (or really, any metro area - I got no reception almost the entire way across Nebraska, for example.)

Calls drop constantly. I go from full bars down to nothing in a matter of seconds. I rarely have a call that doesn't drop. Other services appear to work fine. Why Sprint is so poor here, I have no idea. I lived 3 blocks from this location a few years ago and didn't have any problems with Sprint. Calls to Sprint in attempt to resolve this issue have gotten me nowhere. At least I can call *2, say "dropped call" and be credited $.50 / dropped call.

I get very poor reception at home. If I walk across the room during a call my connection breaks. From looking at the other comments, the problem seems to be that I live west of City Park. I have tried Qwest, AT&T and now Sprint, with the same results from all three companies.

No reception inside my building, and little or no reception until you get at least 50 feet away from it. All other providers have no problems even in the building, but this is a serious dead spot for Sprint.

Sitting in my living room, I get every call dropped. Walk outside and it works. Worthless for usage as a home phone.

I really wanted to give this a zero but OCCASIONALLY I'll have a message go through so I didn't think that would be quite fair. Basically this company just sucks. Neither my mom nor I get voicemails when they are left for at least eight hours. It doesn't even show up that we have a missed call. This was a HUGE problem when my mom was trying to notify me of my dad being in the hospital. The text messages get garbled so my mom doesn't receive what I sent her, instead it splices the end of SOMEONE ELSES' message onto the end of mine. Kinda creepy. I strongly do not recommend this provider.
