Reception is no problem. Customer service is pretty much non existent. You have to take all your issues online and they don't do a thing for existing customers. I looked at this website in order to see who I want to switch to.

The coverage is very good here and the internet is fast, but unfortunately it's emptied my pocket

-Never have gotten more than 2 bars of service ANYWHERE in the home or neighborhood. Often get only 1 bar. Actually, reception is worse here the last year than ever was (14yr Verizon customer) -SLOW downloads no matter time of day or night, but worse at night. -Ever since IOS10 download, problem even worse--can no longer reply to texts or emails and phone crashes. Apple blames Verizon saying it is their towers that don't work with IOS10. Verizon blames Apple. Both say they don't know when it will be fixed. Meanwhile, customer is left in the middle with non-functioning Iphone and service paid for but not receiving. NOTE: I write this today on 10 / 14 / 16, 1.5 months after the IOS10 update with no end in site. -Only reason I've stayed with Verizon was their coverage here on South Slope of Green Mtn, but now that is no longer the case. I understand T-Mobile has good coverage here now, so I'm planning a switch to new carrier that uses T-Mobile towers.

Had Sprint through employer for 4 years and switched to Verizon through new employer a year ago. Horrible, horrible service with Verizon in my neighborhood and generally all around Westminster, broomfield area. Verizon was great back in NJ... ..not so here.

If I stay inside, only about half of what I say can be heard by person on other end and vice versa. If I go outside, that % can increase to as much as 90%--until the call gets dropped. I lived in suburban DC for 18 years and had no more than 10 dropped calls over that entire time period. Here, my calls get dropped multiple times every day. Pathetic.

Awful service and little to no connection in my home. Rarely can complete a single phone call without an issue and often have to call back my contacts several times in order to complete a call, or I have to drive somewhere else to make a call. Incredibly frustrating and unfair to pay a lt of money for service that doesn't work!

Have lived here for 4 years with ATT and never had any service. If I drive 3 blocks in any direction, I can get it again, but just not in my own darn house. Arg. Nothing they can do, basically. I have a micro cell, but that only helps sometimes. Wheat Ridge needs a cell tower! Please technology gods!

Basically anywhere in the GVR neighborhood you're out of luck with T-Mobile unless you have good Wi-Fi. For the past 4 years their response has always been that they're sorry for the issues but they are currently updating their towers. They're even nice enough to offer to SELL you a Wi-Fi booster.
