Ok people I write this review so people don't get the same experience that me we went on Sprint at 120 and Colorado we set up the account and we pay 300 to start the account then we pay little over $400 to cancel with T-Mobile and they say that they're will pay you to switch to them but not explain at all that the only thing that they will pay it's the phones from the other company button line we are on almost the end of April and we are supposed to receive some American express cards that we have not receive and now they're want as to send the all phones what a way to screw people we call Sprint and they say that we need to call American express for the cards American express say they don't know what are we talking about l, so if you want a switch a cell phone company you better have close to $1000 for family and make sure to make all the questions that you need to know because if you don't you will be another person like me and my family dilling with this situation. Was this review helpful to you?
Barely any service in this building or around it. Verizon works great in the mountains, not so great in the city, and not at all in apartment buildings. Was this review helpful to you?
Full bars 3 years ago. Now 1 bar, dropped calls, calls that won't go through, calls that don't receive and go to message. Have iPhone 6. AT&T claimed they were revamping the towers and it would get better. 16 MONTHS OF SUBSTANDARD SERVICE, it is worse. Bad customer service, want data and info from you and do nothing but tell you to waste time doing other things for them. Should give a credit on bill rather than put others through their nonsense. Was this review helpful to you?

I have a Mingle hotspot and LD tribute duo that use Sprint. Here at the house my LTE sugnal ranges from no bars to a few on a good day. 3G is much better and fast enough usually to do whatever I need. LTE is fast enough in off peak times. The Sprint towers are a few miles to the east on 470 if I am right. While the data may get slow or need to be switched to 3G, I have never had a issue making calls on the LG phone. Here at the house the speeds are lower but on the drive into town daily things improve greatly. With a good signal I can see speed test in the 30s but you have to be within a certain distance of a tower. Have even a decent signal and speeds are in the high teens. So if you live close enough to a tower, life is good. Too far away it's not so good. Was this review helpful to you?
Mt T-Mobile account is through 4GAS and I hoped for better results seeing that there is a TMO west tower 15 blocks from my house. Unfortunately that tower sits right on I 70 and when rush hour hits my signal and speed take a nose dive. Early morning till 9 am or so it is usable. No flashy speed test but pages load fine etc. When rush hour hits forget it. Between the rushes it's iffy and then after 7 or so, all is well again. The hotspot and tower are fine when not overloaded. At 12:30 am I had a speed test of 7.88 Mbps down, at noon I'll be lucky to get a few Kbs. By the time I go to work in the morning it is rush hour. I have to say the signal drops off completely quite a bit before we get downtown. There are areas that having signal doesn't mean anything will load on the computer either, it's frustrating. Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T buying Cricket was the best thing for me. I have good signal at the house finally and around town it's great. I've not had a dropped call since the sale and the hotspot always works well. It helps that I sit in the middle of three AT&T towers. One just south of Walmart at I 70 and Tower, another at 46th and Tower and a third in the storage lot at 45th and Piccadilly. Was this review helpful to you?
